Job Description


The Program Manager, manages post sales customer relationship management. Associate is the primary point of contact for all activity during the contract life of the customer. The Program Manager owns all contractual deliverables, and is ultimately responsible for the implementation, lifecycle management and profitability of the customer contract. The Program Manager is the advocate for the customer within SageNet. The Program Manager interfaces with all aspects of the company that service the contract and the customer (i.e. Sales, Service Delivery, Network Engineering, Solution Engineering, Finance, Billing, Legal, IT/IS etc.)



  • Lead and manage the implementation of multiple Enterprise customers
  • Lead new contract kickoff meetings and manage the customer onboarding process with internal stake holders and systems (i.e. Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering)
  • Assure the standard onboarding process and documentation requirements are followed
  • Update Knowledge Base with required documentation
  • Manage customer escalations for Engineering, Operations, and Finance (billing) customer issues
  • Review customer invoices monthly, to ensure proper billing
  • Initiate/assist in process improvement of internal work flow, to better serve our customers and our internal customer support systems
  • Accountable for customer level profitability (P&L) – Timely revenue recognition, identification of new revenue activities, and customer projects
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive additional products and services into the account
  • Manage weekly status calls with customer and maintain open action list for all active customers
  • Manage Monthly/Quarterly business operations review with customers including the presentation with customer SLA's
  • Provides weekly/monthly Project Summary reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracks and manages the program schedule and task details included in the program plan
  • Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives
  • Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
  • Assist Collections in resolving any outstanding customer payments
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Responsible for Monthly Revenue Forecasting

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related work experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
