Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  •  Responsible for monthly billing of customer contracts, cancellation fees, and other non-recurring fees.
  • Prepare accurate monthly invoices with supporting excel files to send to customer in a timely manner
  • Communicate and assist with Program Management/Sales Manager in resolving customer billing and billing disputes.
  • Properly maintain contract pricing in SAP
  • Understand customer contracts for accurate billing
  • Ensure proper set up of customer contracts
  • Understand monthly fluctuations in customer billing
  • Assist in analyzing new Telco invoices/charges
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Experience or Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5 years’ bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
  • Knowledge in SAP a plus


Education Required:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance
